1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.
  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

Note: Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products returned after the specified time frame.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following refund options:

  • Replacement: Receive a replacement product of equal value.
  • Store Credit: Get store credit for future purchases.
  • Refund: A full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

  • For other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled if the request is made before shipping.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return as per our policy.
